At Brightmark Health, our concierge model offers:
• Extended appointments (20, 40, or 60 minutes)

This approach allows us to provide higher quality care with a focus on building a meaningful doctor-patient relationship.

• Other medical needs outside our practice

Our concierge model complements your insurance rather than replacing it. We do not bill insurance for our services, which means we can focus entirely on your needs rather than insurance requirements.

Our Premium Membership ($200/month) includes all Standard benefits plus:
• Unlimited office and telehealth visits (no additional hourly charges)
• Priority scheduling within 24 hours (usually same day)
• Home visits within a 10-mile radius for an additional fee (as schedule allows)

Both membership options eliminate the administrative burdens typical of insurance-based practices, allowing us to provide more personalized and accessible care.

One of the key benefits of concierge medicine is rapid access to care. Most patients text or email Dr. Wu and are given an appointment time that fits their schedule within minutes of sending a message.

• Urgent concerns are addressed promptly on the same business day.
• We never double-book patients, so waiting room time is minimal.

This direct access means if you have a medical concern at night, on weekends, or during holidays, you can reach Dr. Wu directly for guidance. This level of access provides peace of mind and often helps avoid unnecessary emergency room visits or urgent care centers.

As your primary care physician, Dr. Wu takes a holistic approach to your health, considering all aspects of your wellbeing rather than just treating isolated symptoms.

• Dr. Wu will recommend appropriate specialists based on your specific needs
• Our staff will handle all the paperwork for referrals and prior authorizations
• We coordinate directly with specialist offices to ensure smooth transitions of care
• Dr. Wu communicates directly with your specialists about your condition
• We follow up on test results and specialist recommendations
• We integrate specialist findings into your comprehensive care plan

Unlike traditional practices where you might wait weeks for paperwork to be processed, we handle insurance prior authorizations for medications, radiology studies, and specialist visits in a timely fashion.

At Brightmark Health, we aim to keep billing simple and transparent.

Membership Fees

• Monthly membership fees are paid directly to Brightmark Health. We accept cash, check, or credit cards, and can tailor a payment plan to suit your needs.
• Standard Members are billed $300/hour, prorated to the time spent. For example:
  • $50 for a 10-minute visit
  • $100 for a 20-minute visit
  • Payment is due at the end of each visit
• Premium Members enjoy unlimited monthly office visits included in their membership. House calls are available at an additional cost, typically billed at $300/hour.

Insurance & Medicare

We do not bill or accept insurance or Medicare. However, we’re happy to provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. (Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed.)

HSA/FSA Payments

• Office visit fees can be paid using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
• Membership fees generally do not qualify for HSA/FSA payment.

Labs & In-Office Services

• Labs: Offered at highly discounted cash prices, or our lab partner can bill your insurance directly.
• In-office treatments: Medications, IV fluids, and EKGs are available at transparent, affordable cash prices.
