Our Standard Membership ($50/month) includes:
• Priority scheduling within 48 hours (often same-day)
• Office and telehealth visits charged at $300/hour
• 24/7 call coverage with Dr. Wu

• Timely handling of insurance prior authorizations

Our Premium Membership ($200/month) includes all Standard benefits plus:

Does Dr. Wu serve as my primary care physician?
Yes, Dr. Wu serves as your primary care physician and provides comprehensive primary care services. This includes:

How does billing work with a concierge practice?

At Brightmark Health, we aim to keep billing simple and transparent.

Membership Fees

  • Monthly membership fees are paid directly to Brightmark Health. We accept cash, check, or credit cards, and can tailor a payment plan to suit your needs.
  • Standard Members are billed $300/hour, prorated to the time spent. For example:
    • $50 for a 10-minute visit
    • $100 for a 20-minute visit
    • Payment is due at the end of each visit
  • Premium Members enjoy unlimited monthly office visits included in their membership. House calls are available at an additional cost, typically billed at $300/hour.

Insurance & Medicare

We do not bill or accept insurance or Medicare. However, we’re happy to provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. (Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed.)

HSA/FSA Payments

  • Office visit fees can be paid using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
  • Membership fees generally do not qualify for HSA/FSA payment.

Labs & In-Office Services

  • Labs: Offered at highly discounted cash prices, or our lab partner can bill your insurance directly.
  • In-office treatments: Medications, IV fluids, and EKGs are available at transparent, affordable cash prices.
